If you require assistance outside of our regular business hours, you will find many helpful organizations on our After Service Resource List.

We are always looking to improve the services and support provided at LCSS. If you have any comments for our agency, please complete the Client Feedback Form. Please note that due to client confidentiality, this form must be delivered by mail or in person to the LCSS reception desk. We will not accept faxed or emailed copies.
